If the colour you have chosen is not a perfect match, please fill out our exchange form below.

Please note, that the warranty seal must be intact and the Hair Extensions must not be removed from it's original packaging. If you need help finding a colour to match your hair, please contact us at [email protected]

Once we have received your exchange and can confirm that the warranty seal and Hair Extensions have not been tampered with, we can then begin processing your exchange. 

If your exchange colour is in stock we will post your new set with a tracking number. This process may take up to 7 business days.

Please understand the importance of hygiene and public safety and that we can not allow exchanges on products once the warranty seal is removed. Human Hair Extensions are classified as a hygienic product by law. 

A signature is required with all parcels. If your tracking information states that someone unknown has signed for your parcel, please contact Australia post on 13 76 78 and they will start an investigation for you. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or unsigned packages.

If you are wanting to exchange or return, please do not remove the warranty seal attached to the Hair Extensions, and ensure the hair is in it's original packaging. Please complete the form below to request a return.
